We are looking for a person to join the Purchasing Planning and Processes Area at our Madrid office. We are looking for an analytical, organized person committed to continuous improvement, capable of combining knowledge of purchasing processes and tools with data analysis to generate useful information and support decision-making.

We expect you to have:

  • A university degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in consulting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related functions involving data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or operations transformation.
  • Experience in spend analysis, category planning, KPI definition, and dashboard development will be valued.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data processing, and report generation.
  • Knowledge of purchasing systems and tools (SAP, Jaggaer, or similar environments).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, analysis, and data visualization.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to structure information and prepare clear, visual, executive-level presentations.
  • Planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ease of working in a team and collaborating with different areas and profiles.
