What you'll do

We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant / Senior in Sustainability, Value Chain, and Social Impact to join our team. We seek professionals with experience in the management and execution of sustainability projects, especially in areas related to due diligence, human rights, value chain, third-party management, sustainable procurement, social action, and impact measurement, with the ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and actively participate in the development of new solutions and business opportunities.

The selected person will work with leading clients from different sectors, helping them integrate sustainability into their processes and strategic decisions. To do this, they will combine a solid technical and analytical foundation with business vision, a results orientation, and the ability to generate tangible impact within organizations.

  • Lead sustainability due diligence projects, identifying and evaluating environmental, social, human rights, and governance impacts, risks, and opportunities, as well as supporting organizations in adapting to major regulatory frameworks and international standards (CSDDD, CSRD, and others).
  • Design and implement sustainable management models for the value chain, procurement, and third parties, including processes for assessment, segmentation, engagement, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans aimed at strengthening sustainability performance, operational resilience, and the integration of ESG criteria into business processes.
  • Participate in Social Action projects, including the design and deployment of strategies, frameworks for action, programs, and initiatives that maximize the social contribution of organizations.
  • Design and implement impact measurement and management methodologies, defining indicators, monitoring systems, and tools that allow for the evaluation of results and support decision-making.
  • Comprehensively manage projects and client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders while guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and the achievement of objectives.
  • Contribute to business development through the evolution of new services and offerings, the identification of commercial opportunities, and the preparation of client proposals.
