As part of a developmentteamyou will alsobe responsible formakingsure that all software thatour projectsdeliver is of the highest possible quality, that includes interaction with senior developers,QAand designers

As part of ourJavaGraduateSchemewe'llgive you all the training and mentoring needed to become afull stack Java Developer, learning both frontend and backendtechnologies.We'lldo this using both formal and on-the-job training, shadowing otherDevelopersworking on a variety of projects.The aim is before two years to become a fully-fledgedFull stack JavaConsultant,but chances are you achieve this much sooner. Full support and guidanceisgiven from your line manager and our HR team.

As aJavatraineeyouwill:

• Be part ofa Scrum development teamin Barcelona, so you will not only learn about Scrum framework but also the behaviours and values that makesagreatteam

• Work with senior developers, so you will learn a lot!

• Be responsibleto develop software(both backend and frontend)

• Interact with QAin the teamsto make sure everybody understands what wehave todeliver and that all new functionality is covered with tests
