We are looking for a talented and motivated UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Mechanical/Electronic Production Technician to join our dynamic production team. As part of the manufacturing and testing team, you will play a key role in the assembly, integration, and validation of systems.

What you'll do

  • Manufacture and assemble various UAV components using materials such as sheet metal, fittings, composites, electronic components, and plastics. This may include drilling, sealing, soldering, wiring, and connecting according to technical specifications.
  • Assemble, integrate, and install UAV components and systems according to work instructions and engineering drawings, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Participate in the integration of electronic and communication systems, collaborating with engineering and production at assembly and testing stations.
  • Perform quality checks independently following quality instructions at various production stages, ensuring that components and subsystems meet specifications.

  • Support diagnostic tasks and the resolution of mechanical and electronic issues during production and testing.
  • Record and maintain technical documentation related to manufacturing processes, testing, quality inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of production processes, especially in the integration of new systems with higher electronic content.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and applicable regulations during the manufacturing process.
