The role

We are looking for a Google Cloud AI Engineer passionate about generative AI and experienced in building intelligent conversational agents. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, using technologies such as Vertex AI Agent Builder, large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangChain, and LangGraph, among others, to develop cutting-edge conversational solutions on the Google Cloud platform.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement intelligent conversational agents using Vertex AI Agent Builder.
Integrate Google Cloud and third-party LLMs into conversational agents to improve natural language understanding and response generation.
Implement RAG techniques to connect conversational agents with external data sources and provide accurate, contextual responses.
Use LangChain and LangGraph to build complex conversation flows and orchestrate interactions between different AI components.
Optimize the performance and scalability of conversational agents on Google Cloud.
Apply prompt engineering best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of interactions with LLMs.
Collaborate with UX designers and other engineers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in generative AI.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience developing conversational agents or chatbots.
Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and dialogue models.
Knowledge of Gemini Enterprise
Knowledge in agent creation (no-code and/or code)
Experience with Vertex AI Agent Builder, Dialogflow, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High level of English, both oral and written.
