LLP - Data Analyst Lead

At DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar), we're looking for a Data Analyst Lead who is passionate about transforming data into business value and driving continuous improvement across complex international logistics operations.

As our Data Analyst Lead, you will play a key role in designing and improving business processes through data-driven insights, advanced reporting and automation solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of Data Analytics professionals
• Driving business process design and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment
• Master Data Management for your designated Accounts
• Data Quality Management
• Developing impactful dashboards, reports and presentations to support operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with IT teams on database design, data modelling and reporting architecture.
• Support implementation for new Accounts in Data Analytics workstream
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across operational systems
• Promoting innovation through analytics, automation and digital solutions

✔ University degree, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline

✔ Proven experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence environments

✔ Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders

✔ Strong background in Business Process Design & Analysis

✔ Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance management methodologies

✔ Experience working across multiple contracts, operations or complex business environments

✔ Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
