The role
At DHL Supply Chain, present in more than 220 countries and with more than 5,000 employees and 58 centers in Iberia, we offer logistics solutions for sectors such as industry, automotive, retail, consumer, technology, and pharma. We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to join the HSEQ Iberia team at our offices in San Fernando de Henares, where they will contribute to developing a solid preventive culture at one of the world's leading logistics companies.
What you'll do
- Advise operations on OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and legal compliance matters.
- Lead risk assessments and preventive action plans.
- Participate in new projects, openings, and operational changes.
- Drive safety, health, and preventive culture initiatives.
- Analyze safety metrics and promote continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational and operational environments.
- English level C1.
- Influencing skills, communication skills, and a business-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel if required.
