TALENT PROGRAM/ LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - DHL SUPPLY CHAIN

What does the program consist of?

For 6 months, on a rotating schedule and 100% on-site work at the logistics center plant, you will follow a training itinerary designed to give you a global vision of the business. You will go through different operations and key areas: transportation, logistics, leadership, and professional skills.

Our goal is to prepare you for future positions of responsibility within the organization, with continuous support and real opportunities for growth.

• University degree or Higher Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (essential).
• English level B2/C1.
• Geographical mobility.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the logistics sector.
• Own vehicle to travel to the workplace (essential).
• Valid work permit.
• Availability for national geographical mobility: we will take into account your preferences, but also your flexibility for future assignments.

• Permanent contract from the start and a real career plan.
• Direct knowledge of different logistics operations to obtain an integral vision of the business.
• Practical training in the position and participation in cross-functional projects.
• Development of leadership and communication skills, managing teams and daily activities.

¿En qué consiste el programa?

Durante 6 meses, en horario rotativo y trabajo 100% presencial en la planta del centro logístico, seguirás un itinerario formativo diseñado para ofrecerte una visión global del negocio. Pasarás por distintas operativas y áreas clave: transporte, logística, liderazgo y habilidades profesionales.

Nuestro objetivo es prepararte para posiciones futuras de responsabilidad dentro de la organización, con un acompañamiento continuo y oportunidades reales de crecimiento.

• Titulación universitaria o Grado Superior en Supply Chain, Ingeniería, ADE o similar (imprescindible).
• Nivel de inglés B2/C1.
• Movilidad geográfica.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y entusiasmo por el sector logístico.
• Vehículo propio para desplazarte al centro de trabajo (imprescindible).
• Permiso de trabajo en vigor.
• Disponibilidad para movilidad geográfica a nivel nacional: tendremos en cuenta tus preferencias, pero también tu flexibilidad ante futuras asignaciones.

• Contrato indefinido desde el inicio y un plan de carrera real.
• Conocimiento directo de distintas operativas logísticas para obtener una visión integral del negocio.
• Formación práctica en el puesto y participación en proyectos transversales.
• Desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, gestionando equipos y actividades diarias.
• Descubrir desde la base cómo trabajamos en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.
• Un tutor asignado durante todo el programa para impulsar tu desarrollo y acompañarte en tu experiencia.
