About the role

At Dia we want to bring in an Intern for the Selection and Training Department in Madrid in the HR Department. In this internship, students will meet the needs, in terms of selection and training of personnel, of the MADRID EAST REGIONAL OFFICE and will learn about all the processes, procedures, and tools:
The following functions will be carried out
:

  • Select the best professionals for the company through selection

    processes that comply with current regulations and internal procedures.

    ● Coordinate with the HR Administration area and the training team all the

    necessary documentation for hiring and onboarding training, as well as

    all the necessary procedures that may arise.

    ● Support the DIA employer brand actions defined by the

    HR department (job fairs, talent acquisition programs, interns...).

    ● Support the organization of training for personnel at the branches within the

    Annual Training Plan.

    ● Collaborate on new HR projects, contributing their experience and skills.

    ● Monitor the execution of training in all its formats.

    ● Deliver training actions.

    ● Manage the learning tool at a user level: create groups, register actions.
