The role
At Dia we want to recruit a Store Manager at the location of Montilla (Córdoba).
What you'll do
- Supervise the correct reception and storage of merchandise, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure the implementation of the Dia operating model, guaranteeing freshness, order, cleanliness, and product availability.
- Detect opportunities for improvement and propose actions to boost sales and store results.
- Guarantee compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Ensure that the team knows and applies internal procedures and OHS regulations.
- Monitor commercial objectives and sales indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze the competition and the store's environment to propose action plans together with your Area Manager.
- Perform the operational preparation of inventories.
