The role

Join our team! At Dia España we are looking to bring on a Fishmonger and a Butcher for our supermarket in ILLUECA (ZARAGOZA), committed to quality and customer service.

What you'll do

Customer service and advice: Offering friendly, high-quality service, resolving questions and helping customers choose products in the fish and meat sections.
Cutting, cleaning and preparation of products: Cleaning, filleting, and presenting products in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
Counter setup and restocking: Setting up and restocking the display, ensuring order, freshness and attractive presentation of products.
Maintaining order and hygiene: Daily cleaning of the work area and utensils following established safety and hygiene protocols.
Inventory management: Control of stock, expiration dates, and ordering needs to offer the best products in the fish section.

What profile are we looking for?

Previous experience in fishmongering and/or butchery, supermarket or food retail (a minimum of 6 months is recommended).
Knowledge of fresh products, cutting techniques, handling, and preservation of fish and shellfish.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Customer-focused, responsible, and proactive individual.
Schedule flexibility to work rotating shifts and availability for immediate start.
