The role
At Dia España we want to hire an Area Manager for the Cross docking facility located in Cigales (Valladolid).
What you'll do
Control and ensure the correct preparation of goods, the planning of preparation volumes, as well as the correct use of voice equipment and machinery.
Carry out the controls/audits in the preparation of orders established by the company.
Manage the returns of store goods, suitable/unsuitable, in coordination with the shipping and receiving team.
Supervise, coordinate, and develop the preparation area team.
Management and control of KPIs.
Ensure efficient warehouse operations and optimization in terms of quality, stock, location, cleanliness, goods preservation, facility maintenance and equipment, as well as safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL)
Carrying out inventories, preparation on holidays.
