About the role

At Dia España we want to hire an Area Manager for the Cross docking facility located in Cigales (Valladolid).

What you'll do

  • Control and ensure the correct preparation of goods, the planning of preparation volumes, as well as the correct use of voice equipment and machinery.

  • Carry out the controls/audits in the preparation of orders established by the company.

  • Manage the returns of store goods, suitable/unsuitable, in coordination with the shipping and receiving team.

  • Supervise, coordinate, and develop the preparation area team.

  • Management and control of KPIs.

  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations and optimization in terms of quality, stock, location, cleanliness, goods preservation, facility maintenance and equipment, as well as safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL)

  • Conduct inventories, preparation on holidays.

Requirements

  • Desired education:

Vocational training level 2 (FP2) + specialized training in logistics/warehousing
Vocational training level 2 (FP2) in Transport and Logistics is valued
