Desirable qualification: Master's/Postgraduate degree specific to Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Professional experience: At least 5-10 years managing operations and teams in a similar position within a food retail company.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS): (SAP, Oracle, AS400, JDA, etc.).
Familiarity with ERPs.

The role

We are looking for a Manager to coordinate and supervise the operations of our logistics platform. In this key operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the supply chain to all our establishments, leading a team of more than 250 people in a multi-temperature environment (dry, chilled, and frozen).

🎯 Mission:

To lead, optimize, and supervise the daily operations of the central warehouse/distribution platforms, guaranteeing operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality. In the medium term, you will assume strategic responsibilities for the entire area.

What you'll do

Operational Management: Coordinate and supervise the flows of incoming, outgoing, storage, and order preparation (picking/packing), guaranteeing strict compliance with service KPIs in multi-temperature environments (dry, chilled, and frozen).
Process Optimization (Lean Logistics): Continuously analyze merchandise flows and propose continuous improvements to reduce operating costs and cycle times.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel, managing shifts, workforce sizing, and maintaining an excellent working climate.
Digitalization and Technology: Maximize the performance of the WMS (Warehouse Management System) by proposing automation and technological improvements.
Stock and Inventory Control: Guarantee the reliability of stock and minimize shrinkage or inventory discrepancies.
Health and Safety (PRL): Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations in all areas of the warehouse.
