The role

We are looking for a booth promoter who will be responsible for ensuring the acquisition of new customers by promoting products and services in order to close sales contracts at the DIGI booths. As well as attending to the incidents reported by customers, actively contributing to their resolution.

Position duties:

What you'll do

- Actively prospecting and approaching customers in the aisle to attract them to the stand.

- Providing personalized customer service and preparing quotes.

- Completing sales contracts.

- Promoting the brand through advertising materials.

- Contributing to resolving issues reported by customers after contracting a product/service, autonomously whenever possible and only otherwise through the Stand Support department.

- Informing the direct supervisor of potential problems with facilities or dissatisfied customers.

- Informing the direct supervisor of problems/failures in work tools.

- Keeping the stand clean and tidy.

- Reporting attendance using the designated application for registration.
