The role

We are looking to hire teleoperators for our Customer Service department to handle incoming calls from DIGI customers.

How you'll work

- Part-time and intensive afternoon shift, (between 15:00 and 23:00)

- Availability to work 30h/week on an intensive afternoon shift.

- Rotating and intensive schedule within the 15:00 to 23:00 range.

- Availability to work Monday to Sunday (with two days off per week). Normally, two weekends off per month are granted.

- Availability to work in the office during the first three months, near La Moraleja metro.

- Expected start date is October 21, 2026.

- Paid training, during which you will be employed full-time from 14:00 to 22:00.
