We are a telecommunications operator present in the Spanish market since 2008, offering fixed and mobile telephone and internet services, as well as television. We belong to the DIGI Communications Group with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Originating from Romania, where we have our main business, we are also present, in addition to Spain, in Portugal, Italy, and Belgium.

We are looking for a Production Manager for our headquarters in Alcobendas with the following duties:

  • Ensure that all coordinators in the assigned areas achieve the production milestones for all coordinators, according to project needs, without neglecting any assignment in each task, and prioritizing based on project status. To this end, they will submit timely reports that guarantee accurate data.
  • Ensure that all departments meet quality standards, both for internal audits and for other departments. It will be ensured that the minimum number of audits is conducted and scheduled reports will be prepared for each department.
  • Ensure the achievement of established objectives, whether in terms of the number of items processed or the target time required for processing. To this end, it is the responsibility of the individual to implement continuous improvement plans and adopt/propose the necessary measures to correct potential deviations and ensure efficient compliance with goals.
  • Balance the workload by correctly identifying priorities in the day-to-day of the project and properly sizing all activity so that any unforeseen event is managed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Anticipate problems and propose solutions when unforeseen events arise. Escalate as needed.

What we're looking for

-Valuable proven minimum experience of 5 years in Telecommunications project management (FTTH/HFC).

- Experience in managing teams of people.

- Accustomed to working in a team with clearly identified objectives and having a global view of the entire department.

- Advanced level of Excel; Qlik and PBI are valued.

- Knowledge of existing deployment tools such as Neon, Escapex, GIS environments (ArcGIS, Smallworld, Keycom, etc.) is valued.
