What you'll do

  • Provide support and assistance to the Head Chef and/or Kitchen Manager.
  • Receive orders: control of products at the time of receipt, verification of raw materials
  • Prepare menus following the Technical Sheets for each dish that makes up the menu.
  • Know and ensure compliance with current regulations regarding food service.
  • Ensure the established service for the greatest satisfaction of the users.
