- Product knowledge.

- Point-of-sale (POS) operations (customer checkout, information on promotions, returns, cash audits, and other duties related to the position).

- Maintaining store layout and merchandising.

- Restocking merchandise and managing warehouses.

- Personalized customer service in sales and/or catering.
