Work style:

We are looking for a profile with a solid legal background that combines Compliance, corporate ethics, and labor sensitivity to lead the organization's most complex investigations. You will be a benchmark in the management of the Ethics Channel, analyzing sensitive situations with independence, judgment, and rigor.

You will play a key role in protecting the company's integrity, turning every investigation into an opportunity to strengthen the trust, culture, and values that define us.

We are looking for a professional with a Law degree who wants to go beyond traditional advisory. A person capable of moving with proficiency where ethics, regulatory compliance, and an organization's most sensitive decisions converge.

- Comprehensive management of communications received through the Ethics Channel, guaranteeing confidential, independent treatment in accordance with regulations.

- Conducting investigations to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

- Conducting interviews, analyzing evidence, and preparing reports with solid conclusions and recommendations for action.

- Acting as a technical benchmark in matters of ethics and regulatory compliance.

- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that reinforce a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsibility.

- Participating in the management of the criminal risk prevention system.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Law (specialization in Compliance or Corporate Criminal Law is valued).

- Experience in Compliance, Ethics Channel, internal investigations, or legal-corporate environments.

- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance, labor regulations, and management of sensitive cases.

- Experience conducting investigative interviews, analyzing evidence, and preparing reports.

- Ability to manage complex situations with discretion, objectivity, and judgment.

Serás un referente en la gestión del Canal Ético, analizando situaciones sensibles con independencia, criterio y rigor.

- Gestión integral de las comunicaciones recibidas a través del Canal Ético, garantizando un tratamiento confidencial, independiente y conforme a la normativa.

- Realizar investigaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa.

- Realizar entrevistas, analizar evidencias y elaborar informes con conclusiones sólidas y recomendaciones de actuación.

- Actuar como referente técnico en materia de ética y cumplimiento normativo.

- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora, impulsando iniciativas que refuercen una cultura de integridad, transparencia y responsabilidad.

- Participar en la gestión del sistema de prevención de riesgos penales.

REQUISITOS

- Formación en Derecho (valorable especialización en Compliance o Derecho Penal Corporativo).

- Experiencia en Compliance, Canal Ético, investigaciones internas o entornos jurídico-corporativos.

- Conocimientos sólidos de cumplimiento normativo, normativa laboral y gestión de casos sensibles.

- Experiencia realizando entrevistas de investigación, análisis de evidencias y elaboración de informes.

- Capacidad para gestionar situaciones complejas con discreción, objetividad y criterio.
