This role is part of a strategic area responsible for ensuring the company has reliable, structured, and accessible data to enable analytical and operational solutions. The selected person will contribute to building and maintaining a stable, scalable data ecosystem aligned with the needs of Data Science, Technology, and Business. Their contribution will be key to ensuring data quality, accelerating the productization of analytical developments, and strengthening the team's technical capabilities.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

Develop robust and automated data pipelines
Create efficient, business-oriented data models
Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes integrating structured data from databases
Design and deploy microservices to productize variables, models, and analytical processes
Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability at the corporate level
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data ecosystem and the standardization of best practices
Apply best practices in coding, versioning, and documentation
Demonstrate clear and effective communication to explain technical processes in an understandable way

Provide between 1 and 3 years of total experience in data or programming environments
Have at least 1 year of specific experience in data engineering or building real-world pipelines
Have experience with Python and advanced SQL, as well as data modeling and integration concepts
Handle ETL/ELT processes and relational databases
Knowledge of microservices (FastAPI, Flask), Docker, orchestrators (Airflow), Git, or deployments is valued
