What we're looking for

Experience in a similar position

Nice to have

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or similar.

Knowledge in data analysis, storage, extraction, transformation, and integration.

Knowledge of ecosystems and languages specific to BI and Big Data, such as SQL and NoSQL databases, Databricks, R, Python, Spark, Scala, or Kafka.

High level of English.

From the Marketing area, we are looking to hire a Data Engineer to join our Customer Intelligence team.

We are looking for a person with solid technical capacity, business orientation, and the desire to continue growing in an environment linked to digital transformation, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

Your mission will be to contribute to building and evolving the customer data ecosystem, integrating information from different systems and channels to generate a 360º view of the customer and put it at the service of advanced analytics, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, and evolve data products and models oriented toward business needs.
Integrate information from different systems to build a unique, consistent, and reliable view of the customer.
Design and maintain data integration pipelines and processes, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and scalability.
Prepare and make datasets available for use by Data Science, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and other business areas.
Develop data structures that facilitate advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, segmentation, and personalization.
Define and apply data quality, traceability, and integrity controls, ensuring the reliability of the information.
Collaborate with business areas to transform their information needs into reusable and scalable data solutions.
Document data models and products and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and evolution.
