The role

What you'll do

At Elecnor, we are looking to bring on a Project Manager for integrated installation projects in Madrid.

The person joining will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the project, from both a technical and economic standpoint, in construction and renovation of installations in unique buildings, for private and public sector clients.

Comprehensive management for the timely execution of integrated installation projects and/or space renovations, such as HVAC, low-voltage electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, etc.
Planning and coordination with the company's own personnel assigned to the project (Site Managers, supervisors, subcontractors) for its development.
Comparisons and selection of suppliers, as well as coordination and validation of material requests.
Search for alternative solutions.
Direct contact with the client and the technical management (DF), ensuring proper compliance with the project.
Monthly economic control of production carried out, with analysis of construction costs. And projection to project completion.
Responsible for compliance with health and safety plans on site, as well as other occupational risk prevention (PRL) instructions.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar. Master's degree is a plus.
2-3 years of experience managing installation projects.
English level B2.
Driving license and own vehicle.
