What you'll do

Lead the overall project execution in terms of quality, schedule, and cost, coordinating the resources assigned by the different company departments.

Proactively monitor the critical path and project budget, implementing corrective actions in the event of any deviation.

Prepare the invoicing and collection schedule in coordination with the Finance Department.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, in any of its specialties.

General Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and directly managing work teams.

Sector Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the railway sector project area, whether in Rolling Stock or Signaling.

Languages: High level of English for managing projects and international clients.

Skills: Strong corporate leadership abilities, strategic vision, results orientation (quality, cost, and schedule), and strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
