The role

At Elecnor, we are looking for a Site Manager to handle the technical and financial management of construction and installation projects with experience in concrete structures, for private clients in the province of Madrid.

What you'll do

-Management of renovation and rehabilitation construction projects at a structural and installations level, for private clients

-Responsible for the correct technical execution of the works

-Client contact to identify needs and follow up on them

-Organize and plan work with in-house and subcontractor staff

-Financial control of projects, contact with suppliers

-Ensure compliance with safety plans and occupational risk prevention (PRL).

Education: Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Public Works and/or Civil Engineering and/or Building Surveyor

At least 3 years of experience

Minimum English level B1 is valued

Driver's license

Microsoft Office, Presto, Autocad
