Construction Site Manager

🎓 Vocational Training degree or University degree, Technical Architecture, Industrial Technical Engineering degree. * In the absence of the required training, experience in a similar position may be accredited.

💼 Previous experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions will be valued.

🔒 Safety knowledge: Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours)

🖥️ Tools and software: Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, PRESTO, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite.

🌐 English (intermediate level).

Your mission:
As a Site Manager, your main objective will be to supervise and coordinate construction and maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and established procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for resource management and the technical direction of the works from their award to their final delivery.

Your functions:
• 🗣️ Meetings and coordination: You will collaborate with the Project Management team, the developer, and Engineers to ensure the correct development of the works.
• 🔧 Integral maintenance: You will plan and execute preventive, predictive, proactive, and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring that the facilities comply with quality standards and current regulations.
• ⚙️ Resource management: You will be in charge of managing all necessary resources (personnel, materials, time) to guarantee the correct execution of the works, maximizing efficiency and safety.
• 🏗️ Site supervision: You will direct and supervise site teams, ensuring that the works are carried out according to the plans and technical specifications.
• 💰 Economic control: You will manage the works budget, controlling costs and times to meet deadlines and optimize available resources.
• 🤝 Subcontractor and supplier management: You will coordinate the hiring of subcontractors and suppliers, supervising the execution of the works and ensuring contract compliance.
• 🦺 Safety and quality: You will ensure safety on site, supervising the correct implementation of preventive measures and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
