What we're looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are preferred.
- Previous experience at a Big Four firm or in investment banking.
- 8+ years of experience in finance management roles, with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams.
- Effective communication abilities to present financial information to executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions and maintain discretion with confidential information.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
The role
Family Office is on the lookout for a forward-thinking and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial team and drive the financial initiatives. What you'll do
