• Work experience or qualifications in hospitality.

• Experience in customer service.

• Education up to A-Level or equivalent.

• Qualification as a Leisure and Free Time Activity Monitor.

Activity Monitors play a key role in the execution of a successful activity program, providing instruction, guidance, and support to students, while ensuring that all activities take place in a safe, secure, and tolerant environment, in a proactive and committed manner.

• Promote and safeguard the well-being of the students for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact.

• Ensure that activities and excursions are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of Health and Safety and child protection.

• Manage and deliver activity sessions at the center that promote the development of students' life skills.

• Manage and lead excursions outside the center that promote the development of students' life skills.

• Maximize student and group leader satisfaction, ensuring that their experience meets or exceeds their expectations.

• Lead, supervise, motivate, and engage students in activities and excursions.

• Promote the Activity Program with enthusiasm.

• Ensure proper preparation and setup for activities both at the center and off-site.

• Prepare, plan, and accompany students on excursions.

• Maintain levels of discipline, safety, and well-being among students.

• Assist with general day-to-day tasks as directed by management.

• Work in a manner that promotes the safety and well-being of students.

• Carry out residential supervision duties, including supervision during mealtimes and bedtime, as requested by the Center Manager (when applicable).

• Complete preparation time in accordance with the requirements established by direct supervisors to benefit the execution of the activity program.

• Help manage and maintain activity equipment, which may include lifting equipment.

• Activity Monitor: full-time or split shift contract, with hours flexible according to the activity schedule, which may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (until 11:00 PM) including weekends.

• 6 working days out of 7 (1 day off per week).
