Substitution contract.

LOCAL SPORTS CENTER needs to hire a monitor:

1. Knowing and participating in the preparation of the overall and specific technical programming, as well as the

work and activities to be carried out.

1. Delivering teaching activities: swimming classes, courses, general or specific sessions, developing

the guidelines contained in the programming, through the execution of sessions and schedules

established, promoting the acquisition of skills and prioritizing objectives of a

socio-educational nature.

1. Having full responsibility for the control, safety (with rigorous control of risk factors) and

organization of the students under their charge, as well as the evaluation of progress, objectives, resources and

means.

1. Having the use of sports facilities for the development of their activity, coordinating their use

in a balanced manner with other professionals.

1. Determining by objective means the level to which the different students under their charge will be assigned, or in

their shift.

1. Ensuring compliance with established schedules: full effectiveness in the use of teaching

time.

1. To participate in the proper functioning and conservation of the facilities, as well as the materials

or documents assigned to their service.

1. Assessing the sports needs of the activity offering, collecting qualitative and

quantitative information, to propose the resources, programs, or projects to be created or developed, participating in

their preparation and/or evaluation.

1. To participate in the preparation of the technical documentation of the service.
2. Informing users (as well as their families when necessary) of the development of sports,

educational, and other elements of the service.

1. Taking responsibility for the organization of the means, equipment, and materials under their charge. Supervising the

proper condition of the elements affecting any of the activities to be developed and contributing

to correcting deficiencies or location failures, within their means, for the proper

development of the activity.

1. Producing statistics and records of the students under their charge. Preparing daily reports indicating the work

and technical assistance provided, actions taken, and reporting and informing of incidents or anomalies

in the service to their hierarchical or functional superiors.

1. Collaborating in the administrative monitoring of daily user attendance: daily list of

attendees.

1. Continuously ensuring compliance with and enforcement of the strict rules of safety and

conduct established for the use of the different facilities.

1. Preparation, distribution, collection, and proper storage of teaching, instrumental, or

auxiliary material for the activities.
