At Empatif Recruiting, we are collaborating with a consolidated industrial company located in the Arbúcies area, which is looking to incorporate a Product Technician into its Technical Services team.

If you have experience in mechanical design, technical office, or product engineering and you like seeing what you design end up becoming a real product in manufacturing, this opportunity might interest you.

What you'll do

Perform 2D and 3D product design and modifications.
Manage modifications and adaptations of existing products.
Create and parameterize new components and material structures.
Follow up on the product directly on the manufacturing line.
Propose improvements in both design and production processes.
Participate in product cost and deviation control.
Collaborate closely with Production and other technical teams.
Respond to incidents or needs that arise during manufacturing.
Participate in product improvement and evolution projects.

Minimum requirements

Training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments, technical office, product, or design.
Good command of SolidWorks.
Experience with 2D/3D design and blueprint interpretation.
Knowledge of ERP and material structures/BOM is valued.
B2 level of English is valued.
Coming from the automotive sector is not essential: we will value experience in machinery, industrial equipment, industrial vehicles, or companies with their own products.

We are looking for a proactive, practical, and decisive person with a desire to work very closely to the product and manufacturing.
