The role

At Micofer by Empatif, we are looking for a profile to provide support in the HR department, recruitment, and administrative-labor management with a certain degree of autonomy, to join our team in A Coruña. A cohesive team that will provide you with all the tools, knowledge, and professional support.

What you'll do

Continuous selection of different profiles and for different sectors.
Ongoing attention to candidates and workers.
Feeding the applied management systems.
Labor contract management.
Processing of registrations and terminations in the RED system.
Management and follow-up of temporary disability (IT) and Delt@.
Communication and writing skills, active listening in dealing with clients, and accustomed to continuous training.
