The role

From Micofer By Empatif we are selecting a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (m/f) for an important company in the food sector located near As Pontes and which is in full growth.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed are as follows:

Performing analyses in the internal laboratory according to the established Analysis Plan.
Coordinating with the external laboratory to ensure compliance with the analytical plan.
Release control of frozen raw products and analysis of raw materials.
Management, recording, and filing of analytical results in the Quality system.
Execution and recording of controls under the Water Plan and Legionella Prevention.
Baking control and verification of process parameters.
Communication of analytical deviations to the Food Quality and Safety Department.
Compliance and continuous improvement of the internal laboratory protocol.
Management and maintenance of the sample library (frozen, refrigerated, and ambient products).
Support in plant control checks and process validations.
Verification of sanitary controls during processing and packaging, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Communication of non-compliances regarding Food Quality and Safety.
Review of workwear and compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
