We are looking for a Production Assistant who will work in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Plant Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily operations at the production plants.
Evaluation and Planning:
Assist in planning and monitoring production requirements and resources.
Collaborate in estimating costs and establishing quality standards.
Production Management:
Support the daily monitoring of production processes at the sites, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Support the supervision of production processes and their execution efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards, and conducting periodic checks and audits.
Supervise and ensure that specific procedures are carried out correctly.
Ensure that products (raw materials and auxiliary materials) and services supplied meet the technical purchasing specifications.
Review and update technical data sheets for finished products.
Contribute to the proper functioning of equipment and the correct management of resources and materials needed for production.
Participate in developing production plans, ensuring company objectives are met.
Work closely with other departments such as Quality and Logistics to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Supervise and control inventories and finished products.
