We are currently looking for an Origination & Development Expert for our renewables GBU.

What you'll do

The Origination & Development Expert is technically and operationally responsible for the origination and development of renewable energy projects, with a special focus on land management, contracts, opportunity analysis, and the monitoring of wind and photovoltaic projects, ensuring the orderly progress of projects from initial phases to their consolidation in the development pipeline.

The position plays a fundamental role in identifying opportunities, relating to local landowners and developers, and in the contractual formalization of the land necessary for project development.

  • Identify and analyze renewable project development opportunities, especially wind and photovoltaic.
  • Participate in the initial evaluation of land, siting alternatives, and preliminary project feasibility.
  • Maintain and update the pipeline of opportunities and land in coordination with the rest of the Origination team.

Land and contract management.

  • Manage relationships with landowners, intermediaries, and local developers during the origination phases.
  • Prepare, review, and process option, lease, easement, and contractual addenda agreements.
  • Coordinate with the Legal area for the review and signing of land-related contracts.
  • Provide technical support in renewable projects during early development phases.
  • Coordinate basic technical documentation associated with projects (occupation plans, implementation alternatives, affected areas).
  • Collaborate with engineering firms and external consultants in the preparation of initial documentation.
  • Support the administrative monitoring of projects in coordination with Area Managers and Analysts.
  • Keep project documentation organized in internal repositories and ensure its traceability.
  • Participate in periodic project and opportunity monitoring meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact with landowners and local agents during the origination phase.
  • Coordinate actions with internal areas (Legal, ESG, Development, Finance) according to project needs.
  • Report incidents, risks, and opportunities detected during the land phase to the Origination team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate criteria in land management.
  • Provide support in the implementation of corporate development and origination standards.

  • Apply ESG and social criteria in the relationship with landowners and the local environment from early stages.
