Requirements

What we're looking for

Hold a university degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or similar
A taste for teamwork and technical excellence.
Responsibility and an innovative mindset.
Proficiency in English in a professional environment. Level B2 or higher
Have the motivation to learn and develop in an environment of great opportunities.

Nice to have

From 5 years of experience in a similar position will be valued.
Experience in using specific software will be valued: Rockscience (Dips/RocPlane/Swedge/Unwedge/Slide/RocData); Plaxis 2D

The role

In accordance with our consolidation and growth strategy, we want to expand the team and, to that end, we are looking for an Engineer to participate in Industrial Plants and Energy projects.

What you'll do

Design and supervision of field campaigns
Performance of geological mapping
Boreholes/Trial pits/Penetrometers/Geomechanical stations/Geophysics
Geotechnical characterization (soil - rock)
Soil mechanics/Rock mechanics/Joint study/Rock mass characterization (RMR/Q)
Slope stability calculation (soil - rock)
Definition of support systems: Anchors/Rock bolts/TT-Mesh-Cables/Walls, etc.
Excavability
Stability and settlement calculation in embankments
Definition of ground improvements
Definition of material utilization and implementation on site
Foundation of structures
Shallow / Deep
Settlements
Underground excavations
Resolution of geotechnical site problems and impacts on nearby or unique elements
