What we're looking for

Academic Qualification: Technical Degree in Surveying, Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering, or Civil Engineering with demonstrable specialization in Geotechnics.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions within residential/singular building works or civil engineering infrastructure.
Technical Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in specific software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MDT, Cyclone, or similar.
Solid knowledge of soil and rock mechanics.
Residency: It is essential to establish residency in the Community of Madrid.
Competency Profile: Technical rigor, organizational capacity, results orientation, and excellence in technical communication.

The role

The selected candidate will join the technical site team, assuming responsibility for guaranteeing the geometric accuracy of projects and supervising the geotechnical variables of the terrain. We are looking for a professional with analytical capacity to ensure correct technical execution and structural safety from the initial earthworks phases through to the completion of the building or infrastructure.

What you'll do

Setting Out and Metric Control: Execution and supervision of precision setting out for foundations, structures, and roads.
Geotechnical Analysis: Monitoring and control of geotechnical parameters on-site, interpretation of laboratory tests, and supervision of slope stability and excavations.
Quantity Take-offs and Measurements: Control of earthworks, calculation of volumes, and certification of work units for subsequent invoicing.
Instrumentation and Monitoring: Management of advanced surveying instrumentation (Total Station, GNSS, Laser Scanner) and geotechnical monitoring systems.
Technical Office: Preparation of "As-Built" plans, technical monitoring reports, and direct coordination with the Project Management.
