Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Engineering, MECES Level 2 or EQF level 6
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction works execution and/or control, and a minimum specific experience of two (2) years in technical office work in the execution or control of linear works with tunnels and viaducts
- Residency in Burgos.
- Proactive person with initiative.

The role
The Technical Office Manager is a key professional in the planning, coordination, and supervision of the technical aspects of a project or company. Their role is fundamental to ensuring that technical processes are developed efficiently, complying with established quality standards, deadlines, and costs. What you'll do
- Assist the Unit Manager in performing the supervision and monitoring of the Execution Plan and the quality of information from subcontractors and other participating companies. It will be their responsibility to guarantee the implementation of all quality assurance procedures.
- Control and supervise the tasks of setting-out control, construction execution control, as well as the final "as built" documentation, including the drafting of modified projects. Responsible for the measurements and certifications of the Works, as well as the preparation of monthly reports and specific reports.
