What we're looking for

Previous experience in similar roles within a technical office linked to civil works is required, along with organizational skills, analytical and decision-making abilities, and proficient use of technical software and design tools common in the sector. Training in civil engineering, technical engineering in public works, or related qualifications will be valued, as well as initiative, teamwork skills, and a focus on technical and operational quality.

The role

From ConfiARTE, a human resources consulting firm, we are currently in the process of selecting candidates to hire a Technical Office Engineer for a well-established company in the civil works sector located in Huesca.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support throughout all project phases, participating in the preparation, review, and updating of plans, measurements, budgets, and technical documentation, as well as closely collaborating with construction teams to ensure proper planning, monitoring, and coordination of work. The position will include preparing reports, technical project analysis, managing specifications and tender documents, supervising processes, and resolving any issues that may arise during execution, contributing to the optimization of time, resources, and quality.
