As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of private label tissue products across the Iberian market. Working closely with commercial, manufacturing, R&D, and customer teams, you will identify market opportunities, develop innovative product solutions, and support successful product launches that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy: Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize assortment, profitability, and growth.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that create value.
- Product Development: Define product specifications and coordinate the development of new products, formats, packaging, and designs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful product implementation and launches.
- Market Analysis: Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
