The role
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician Operator, you will be part of our Valls (Tarragona) plant, providing technical support to Personal Care production lines, dedicated to the manufacture of personal hygiene products.
The role has a clear technical orientation, combining line operation with electrical, electronic, and automation maintenance, ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
You will be responsible for resolving incidents related to industrial electricity, electronics, PLC, and automated systems, applying DDS standards and root cause analysis, and providing technical support to operators and the rest of the team.
What you'll do
- Technical support to production lines: Ensure the correct functioning of the electrical and electronic systems of the production lines.
- Electrical and electronic maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
- Fault diagnosis: Analyze and resolve electrical, electronic, and control (PLC) failures, in collaboration with the operating team and the RST.
- Automation and control: Supervise, adjust, and collaborate on the stability of automated systems and industrial control equipment.
- Format changes and technical tests: Participate in format changes, technical tests, and equipment commissioning.
- Quality and safety: Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards during operation and technical interventions.
- Operational management and communication: Record activities in SAP and ensure clear communication during shift changes.
How you'll work
The position is carried out in 4th or 5th shift, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (two shifts of each followed by rest periods).

Who you are
- Higher vocational training in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or similar.
- Experience in industrial environments, preferably with automated lines.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity, electronics, PLC, automation, and interpretation of electrical diagrams; experience with SAP PM is valued.
- Action-oriented profile, with problem-solving ability, continuous learning, and teamwork.
