We are looking for a TECHNICIAN specialized in Regulatory Compliance whose main role is to respond to customer service requests by updating and monitoring regulations related to electrical/electronic products, household goods, toys, and others (non-food/non-pharmaceutical) for the marketing of products in Spain. Additionally, they will manage technical documentation and respond to regulatory inquiries.
In detail, this professional will:
- Update product sheets and databases with legal and regulatory requirements (electrical/electronic products, household goods, toys, etc.).
- Biweekly monitoring of changes in CEN-CENELEC standards and updating internal reports.
- Identify and analyze sheets affected by regulatory changes, including estimating associated costs.
- Provide technical support and consulting to internal departments on applicable legislation.
They will join the Regulatory services team, which also offers its services in other sectors. They will report directly to the head of regulatory services.
