The role

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is looking for a new resource to join the Sales & Marketing team in the role of Scientific Inside Sales.

The role, which does not include laboratory activities, requests technical competences related to quote elaborations, management of activities on going, involves customer contact (phone, e-mail), in the Medical Device Market, working with the operative and commercial internal units, giving technical or commercial support.

What you'll do

Direct contact with intercompany clients;
Quote preparation and follow-up;
Assistance and sales support in communications with clients, in the preparation of commercial proposals, and in the follow-up of quote requests and/or sample management;
Management of sales lists;
Master data management and client requests in CRM;
Management of client orders;
Interface with figures from different business departments to resolve logistical and/or administrative issues.
