Participant Recruitment Technician for Cosmetic Clinical Studies

• Previous experience in recruiting participants, patients, consumers, or volunteers.
• Experience in intensive telephone customer service and database management.
• High organizational and planning capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent use of IT tools (Excel, Outlook, CRM, or databases)

• Experience in CROs, research institutes, clinical studies, market research, or the cosmetic sector.
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Health Sciences, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with recruitment quotas and objectives.
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR).

We are looking to hire a Participant Recruitment Technician to manage the recruitment and follow-up of volunteers participating in our studies.

• Recruit participants for clinical studies and cosmetic usability tests.
• Conduct telephone selection and screening interviews.
• Verify inclusion and exclusion criteria established in the protocols.
• Manage volunteer databases.
• Plan schedules and coordinate visit appointments.
• Follow up with participants during the development of the studies.
• Resolve incidents related to attendance, availability, or compliance with instructions.
• Maintain constant communication with the Operations and Project Management departments.
