About the role

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) complies with European regulations and obtains the CE Marking. Your main duties will be:

  • Defining and assigning the applicable tests for each type of PPE.
  • Verifying compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing detailed reports documenting procedures, results and conformity status.
  • Managing and archiving records of tests performed and certifications issued.
  • Staying up to date on PPE standards, regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborating in the continuous improvement of testing protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 and/or ISO 17065 standards.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and report-writing skills.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office.
  • Proactivity and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Advanced level of English (both oral and written).
