Forklift Operator

At Eurofirms, we need to hire a Forklift Operator to work in a retail sector company located in Marratxi. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

- Performing vehicle loading/unloading tasks.

- Control of goods using a radio frequency gun; any movement in the warehouse shall be

monitored using a handheld scanner (RF) with camera and installed software, so that

traceability of the goods is maintained at all times.

- Placement of goods in the warehouse aisles or on shelving.

- Circulation/loading and unloading in the maneuvering yard (if any) of goods that require

side loading/unloading.

- Manual Handling of Loads for the stowage or unstowage of packages in vehicles, in the event that

mechanical handling is not possible.

- Manual Handling of Loads when performing picking or goods control.

- Tasks of collecting packaging waste and depositing it in the assigned containers, complying with the

waste management regulations.

- Coordination with the driver regarding loading/unloading operations, ensuring that all vehicles are

chocked before operations begin, and using dock levelers when

loading/unloading without a tractor unit.

- Handling of goods of special dimensions, complying with the established procedures for

these items.

- Loading, unloading, and transport of dangerous goods, ADR and LQ.

- Loading and unloading of goods with special requirements such as Food and Pharma, complying with the

established legal requirements for these typologies, complying with temperature control requirements.

- Storage, loading, and unloading with temperature control, either in cold rooms or in vehicles, for this

task, warm clothing is required for access to cold storage areas.

- Strapping of goods stowed in vehicles, photographic control of the completed load.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
