The role

We are selecting a Shop Assistant for a textile sector company located in Vallecas. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Receive and greet customers professionally.

- Help choose garments, sizes, and combinations according to needs.

- Resolve doubts regarding materials, sizing, promotions, or return policies.

- Manage incidents with kindness (defective products, exchanges, complaints).

- Process purchases at the register (cash, card, vouchers).

- Process returns and exchanges following the store policy.

- Restock garments in the store and fitting rooms.

- Fold, hang, and organize clothing according to visual merchandising criteria.

- Display new collections and remove discontinued products.

- Label prices, apply discounts, and prepare promotions.

- Receive merchandise, check quantities, and check the condition of the products.

- Classify and store garments correctly.

- Control inventory, detect stock shortages, and communicate needs.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
