The role
At Eurofirms, we need to hire an Attendant to work in a renowned designer pastry shop located in the center of Barcelona. The tasks to be performed are as follows:
What you'll do
- Friendly and professional customer service and assistance. Sale and payment processing of pastry, bakery, bread, and cafeteria products.
- Preparation and service of coffees, infusions, cold drinks, and other cafeteria products.
- Replenishment and presentation of products in display cases and stands. Advising customers on available products and promotions.
- Cash management and processing of payments in cash and by card.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
Requirements
- Good presentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Sales and customer service skills, always with a smile and kindness.
- Knowledge for preparing coffees and table service is valued.
