The role

From Eurofirms, we are looking for a Production Operator for a leading company in the meat sector in Asturias. The tasks to be performed include:

What you'll do

- Handle, cut, debone, or sort meat pieces according to established procedures.

- Prepare products for packaging, wrapping, or processing.

- Operate production machinery (conveyor belts, grinders, stuffers, heat sealers, etc.) following safety regulations.

- Perform visual quality checks to detect defects, contamination, or anomalies in the product.

- Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection in the work area in accordance with food hygiene standards.

- Record production and traceability data in the corresponding systems.

- Comply with food safety protocols (HACCP) and occupational risk prevention regulations.

- Assist with loading, unloading, and storing products in cold storage rooms.

- Verify correct labeling, weight, and condition of packaging. Report any incidents, breakdowns, or deviations detected in the production process.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
