The role
For an important company in the food sector, Vilagarcia de Arousa area, we need to hire an HR Technician to perform the following tasks:
What you'll do
- Administrative management of registrations, terminations, contracts, and labor modifications.
- Daily coordination with temporary employment agencies to cover production needs.
- Monitoring of attendance, clock-ins, vacations, and leaves.
- Preparation of payroll information and review of incidents.
- Support in disciplinary processes and labor documentation.
- Document management of training, OHS, and medical check-ups.
- Assistance to workers regarding labor and administrative matters.
- Among other tasks inherent to the position.
