About the role

In this context of growth, we are looking to bring on board a Cybersecurity Consultant to take part in a strategic project within the healthcare sector, focused on the analysis and redesign of cybersecurity processes.

You will join a high-impact, high-visibility strategic consulting project whose objective is to analyze the current state (AS-IS) of cybersecurity processes and define the future model (TO-BE), establishing a roadmap to drive the transformation of the cybersecurity function.

You will work alongside a team made up of a project manager and a senior consultant specializing in cybersecurity, taking on a leading role in project execution and in client liaison.

Furthermore, this is an initiative with strong growth potential within the organization, with opportunities for continuity in new projects once this phase is completed.

What you'll do

  • Analysis and documentation of the current state (AS-IS) of cybersecurity processes.

  • Identification of gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Definition of the target model (TO-BE) and the transformation roadmap.

  • Preparation of functional documentation, reports and executive presentations.

  • Coordination with client stakeholders and the internal project team.

  • Participation in working sessions, workshops and follow-up meetings.

  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with project objectives.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting projects (Master Plans, Cybersecurity Strategies, maturity analyses, definition of governance models, etc.).

  • Knowledge of reference frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ENS, NIST or similar.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships.

  • Experience in preparing executive documentation and presentations.

  • Analytical profile, results-oriented and with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Participation in cybersecurity process transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of consulting and organizational transformation methodologies.

  • Intermediate level of English to occasionally take part in international meetings.
