The role

What you'll do
🧩 Responsibilities
Gathering requirements, analyzing, and defining functional and user requirements.
Estimating efforts and participating in the technical planning of developments.
Functional and technical design of solutions.
Participation in the development, integration, and testing of applications.
Analysis, design, and development of interoperability solutions between systems.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Ensuring software quality through the use of integration and version control tools.

Requirements

Official university degree in one of the following disciplines:
Computer Engineering.
Telecommunications Engineering.
Mathematics.
Physics.
More than 6 years of experience as an Analyst in IT projects.

Functional and technical design of applications.
Estimating efforts.
Development, integration, and testing.
Interoperability solutions between applications.

Knowledge and experience with environments
Oracle.
Oracle WebLogic.
iPlanet.

Proficiency with development and quality tools:
HP Quality Center (HP-QC).
Subversion (SVN).
Maven.
Nexus.
Jenkins.
SonarQube.
Previous experience in Public Administration projects will be valued.
